Lengths of Material
All hardwood moulding and material are available in random lengths. Unless otherwise specified all material will be manufactured in random lengths. Material is generally available in 3' to 16' lengths. Longs are 13' to 16' and shorts are 3' to 6'. Orders of 100' or more may be comprised of 10% shorts. All attempts will be made to fill your order with the lengths requested. If the lengths requested are unavailable then the order will be filled with care to minimize overage.
Custom Knife Grinding
We can duplicate or fabricate most moulding up to 9" in width. If you can not find exactly what you are looking for, provide us with a scale drawing or sample piece of material and we can custom grind knives to manufacture what you want. We charge $20 per inch to custom grind knives rounding up to the nearest inch.

Terms
All special run orders require payment upon placing the order and are non-returnable.
Lead Times
Our Lead time for special run orders is usually 5-10 working days. Depending on the milling schedule and the size of the order lead times may vary. Longer lead times may save you money by allowing us greater flexibility. Rush orders can be accommodated at an up-charge.
Delivery
We offer delivery within the Bay Area. Delivery costs depend on the location of the delivery and the size of the order.
Returns
Returns are accepted on material that has not been finished, cut, or damaged if returned within 30 days of receipt of material and with original receipt. We do not accept returns on material shorter than 8' or on any special order or custom orders. Stock Items are returnable for store credit with a 15% restocking charge.
